A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional
funds over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on April 1, 1994 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the regular session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on April 12, 1994 at 7:30 p.m;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is
hereby appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:

PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at
its regular meeting this 12th day of April, 1994.
