Home My Public Portal About11-1994-11 RESOLUTION NO. 1994-11 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle will have available to it funds collected from the County Economic Development Income Tax; and WHEREAS , I. C. 6-3.5-7-15 requires the adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE establish an Economic Development Income Tax Capital Improvement Plan as follows: 1. Project - Greater Eastside Sewer Separation Project, Phase II and Phase III (a) Description - Phase II and Phase III Completion of Storm Sewer Installation on Avenue C, Avenue D, Avenue E, Avenue F and First Street, including necessary engineering, survey, easement acquisition. (b) Estimated Cost - Total Project Estimate $279,040.00 (c) Sources of Funds: County Economic Development Income Tax Fund est $194,040.00 MVH Appropriated Budget est$ 10,000.00 Cumulative Capital Development Fund est$ 75,000.00 (d) Project Time Schedule - Phase II-Avenue C, Avenue E (i) Planning Completed-Fourth Quarter, 1993 (ii) Development Completed-First Quarter, 1994 (iii) Construction Begins-Second Quarter, 1994 (iv) Construction Completed-Fourth Quarter, 1994 (e) Project Time Schedule - Phase III - Avenue D, Avenue F and First Street (i) Planning Completed-Fourth Quarter, 1994 (ii) Development Completed-First Quarter, 1995 (iii) Construction Begins-Second Quarter, 1995 (iv) Construction Completed-Fourth Quarter, 1995 2. The above projects require more than 75% of the funds to be distributed over the two-year period beginning with the Spring distribution of 1994.
