A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE
GREENCASTLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
INCOME TAX FUND
WHEREAS, Putnam County has adopted a County Economic Development Income Tax
pursuant to I.C. 6-3.5-7 and following; and
WHEREAS, I.C. 6-3.5-7-13 provides that the fiscal officer of the city shall establish an
Economic Development Income Tax Fund; and
WHEREAS, all economic development income tax revenues shall be deposited in such
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Greencastle establish a fund
designated as the Greencastle Economic Development Income Tax Fund and be further
designated as Account No. '4 4 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer be authorized to disburse such
funds pursuant to the Capital Improvement Plan adopted pursuant to I.C. 6-3.5-7-15.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 12th day of April, 1994.
