LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL 1M
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Cou cil of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that athleen M. Barney,
Municipal Clerk, be designated as the person to issue certificat s as to liability for
assessments for Municipal Improvements as provided by R.S. ofN w Jersey 1937, Title
54:5-18-3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effe t immediately.
