A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
BETWEEN CLASSIFICATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS IN
THE 1994 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-18-6, hereby
authorizes transfers of appropriations between classifications of the following departments in the 1994
budget the City of Greencastle.
DEPARTMENT-BOARD OF WORKS
$ 5,080.00 From 290 Supplies to 111 Personal Services
$ 6,500.00 From 351 Other Services to 441 Capital Outlay
DEPARTMENT-FIRE
$ 550.00 From 224 Supplies to 139 Personal Services
$ 550.00 From 381 Other Services to 441 Capital Outlay
$ 2,000.00 From 399 Other Services to 215 Supplies
$ 4,500.00 From 235 Supplies to 442 Capital Outlay
DEPARTMENT-CEMETERY
$ 2,000.00 From 340 Other Services to 111 Personal Services
$ 1,700.00 From 340 Other Services to 134 Personal Services
$ 120.00 From 394 Other Services to 133 Personal Services
$ 225.00 From 332 Other Services to 221 Supplies

The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby finds:
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
1994.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than that amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a copy
of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, this
29th day of December, 1994.
