RESOLUTION NO. 1995-3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional
funds over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on March 3, 1995 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the regular session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on March 14, 1995 at 7:30 p.m;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the
laws governing the same:
0101 General Fund:
101004362 ISTEA Local Match $62,500.00
101004363 Street Repaving $40,000.00
TOTAL - General Fund $102,500.00
2379 Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund:
401001365 First Street Eng./Const $55,000.00
40 TOTAL - CCI Fund $55,000.00
2391 Cumulative Capital Development
402001315 ISTEA Engineering $35,000.00
TOTAL - CCD Fund $35,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at
its regular meeting this 14th day of March. 1995.
