RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURES OF FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, The Village of Medina has received, through June 30,
1973, the sum of $11, 115. 00 as and for their share of the revenue sharing;
and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds it to be in the best interests of
the community that $8, 856. 00 shall be expended for public transportation,
to -wit: a new truck for the municipality; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the remaining balance in
the revenue sharing fund would be $2, 259.00 following the above expenditure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Medina
shall expend the sum of $8, 856. 00 from its revenue sharing fund for a new
truck vehicle.
