A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1kL TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM 11-1L GENERAL FUND TO THE CEMETERY FUND
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-4, hereby
authorizes the temporary transfer of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the General Fund
to the Cemetery Fund, said amount to be repaid to the General Fund on or before December 31,
1995.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana hereby finds:
1. The transfers are necessary to enhance cash flow in the Cemetery Fund.
2. There is sufficient money on deposit to the credit of the General Fund that can be
temporarily transferred.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its regular
meeting this 1 lth day of April, 1995.
