A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
FOR THE GREENCASTLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional
funds from the Greencastle Economic Development Income Tax Fund, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on May 5, 1995 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the regular session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on May 16, 1995 at 7:30 p.m;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following sum of money is hereby
appropriated out of unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
FUND: Greencastle Economic Development Income Tax Fund
