Home My Public Portal About10-1995-10 • RESOLUTION NO. 1995-10 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle will have available to it funds collected from the County Economic Development Income Tax; and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle adopted a Capital Improvement Plan for the years 1994 and 1995 pursuant to I.C. 6-3.5-7-15 by Resolution 1994-11 passed on April 12, 1994; and WHEREAS, said Common Council has determined a need to provide funds for the purchase of the new fire pumper. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE amends the Economic Development Income Tax Capital Improvement Plan to add the following: 1. Project- Purchase of Fire Department Pumper (a) Description - Pumper Tanker (b) Estimated Cost - 3251,000.00 (c) Sources of Funds: estimated Greencastle EDIT 350.000.00 Greencastle Fire Equipment Fund 347,000.00 Township Fire Equipment Fund 3154,000.00 (d) Project Time Table (i) Bid and award - summer 1995 (ii) Delivery- summer 1996 2. The original projects plus the above project require more than 75%of the funds to be distnbuted over the two-year period beginning with the Spring distribution of 1994.
