A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO A PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE 631 AND ON THE
QUESTION OF THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THAT
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS IC 50-1403 provides that the City may not sell real property except
by ordinance ... expressing an intent to sell ... , nor until public hearing is held
before the city council.
and
WHEREAS Ordinance 631 has been prepared expressing such intent, but the Council
desires to hold a hearing prior to adopting the ordinance in order that Council may be
more informed in forming its intent,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1. The public hearing on the sale of the old golf clubhouse property pursuant to
IC 50-1403 shall be combined with and held as a public hearing on draft
Ordinance 631 in conjunction with its Third Reading.
Section 2. First Reading of Ordinance 631 has been held concurrently with the adoption
of this resolution. Second Reading is waived through dispensing with the rule.
Third Reading and the hearing pursuant to IC 50-1403 shall be held June 24, 1993
as one agenda item.
