and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. / ? ' 77/
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, the Village of Medina is receiving Revenue Sharing
Funds from the Federal Government; and
WHEREAS, Federal Regulations require accurate accounting of
the amount and purposes of the expenditure of said funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Medina
set up a separate fund and a separate bank account for Revenue Sharing
Funds and that expenditure of such funds be made by resolution of the
Village Council.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
