A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
IDAHO, RELATING TO LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 AND AN
ACQUISITION AGREEMENT .
WHEREAS
1 The City has established Local Improvement District No .
3 which encloses property of Spring Mountain Ranch
Partnership; and
2 . Such Partnership intends to construct or cause the
construction of the Improvements contemplated for such
LID,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall
that :
Section 1 . The City shall enter into the Agreement for the
Acquisition of Improvements dated May 13, 1993 between the
City and such Partnership, and
Section 2 . The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute and
attest to such Agreement .
