A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
TO THE PUTNAM COUNTY BOARD OF AVIATION COMIVIISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle declares the 1984 Dodge One Ton Dump Truck,
with snow plow and salt spreader, as surplus.
WHEREAS, the Putnam County Board of Aviation Commissioners has indicated a need
for such vehicle.
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the taxpayers of Greencastle City and Putnam County
that said vehicle be transferred without financial consideration to the Putnam County Board of
Aviation Commissioners.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above surplus be transferred without
remuneration to the Putnam County Board of Aviation Commissioners.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City, of Greencastle,
pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11-8, at its regular meeting this /2- day of ?.7 j'--�- -<-1995.
