A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional
funds over what was appropriated in the annual budget: and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on December 16,
1995 in the Banner Graphic, was held at the special session of the Common Council of
the City cf Greencastle on December 27, 1995 at 1:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are
hereby appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:
0101 General Fund:
101005318 Election Expenses 3 7,300.00
TOTAL - General Fund $ 7,300.00
0708 Motor Vehicle Highway (MVH) Fund:
201001237 Signs 3 1.140.00
TOTAL - MVH Fund $ 1,140.00
2120 Cemetery Fund:
205001116 Overtime $ 1.950.00
TOTAL - Cemetery Fund $ 1,950.00
2379 Cumulative Capital Improvement (CCI) Fund:
401001366 1995 Street Paving $ 7,100.00
401001421 Park Restrooms $ 2,050.00
TOTAL - CCI Fund $ 9,?50.00
