A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on February 13, 1996 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the special session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on February 27, 1996 at 4:30 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
2391 Cumulative Capital Development
402001316 ISTEA Survey $13,650.00
TOTAL - CCD Fund $13,650.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
IIspecial meeting this 27th day of February, 1996.
