THIS INDENTURE, made this

between the City of Medina, a Minnesota municipal corporation, party of the
first part, and Christine C. Piper of the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Quitclaim, and Convey un-
to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, Forever, all the
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
South one-half (1/2) of the NE 1/4, and the South
one-half (1/2) of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, except
road, Sec. 16, Twp. 118 N., Range 23W., Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances hereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said par-
ty of the second part, her heirs and assigns, Fori,ver.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said first party has caused these presents
to be executed in its corporate name by its Mayor and to be attested to by
its clerk the day and year first above written.
