ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A.40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions ofNJ.S.AAOA:5-21 a Petty Cash
Fund be established for the Borough ofCarteret upon final approval from the Division of
Local Government Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the
Purchasing Department in the amount of $400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the
amount of$I,OOO.OO.
Adopted this 7th day of January, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 8, 2007.
