A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENT OF INVESTMENT
INCOME - PUTNAM COUNTY FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, Greencastle Industrial Development Funds were transferred to the Putnam
County Foundation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle is entitled to interest accrued on such funds upon
written request; and,
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development,
pursuant to I. C. 36-7-13-6(c), will on June 13, 1996, consider the request for distribution of
such funds in support of the City Financial requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Greencastle Common Council by this
Resolution, request Disbursement of investment income accrued for the period ending June 30,
1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Certificate of Deposit income accrued through the
July-August payment dates be also disbursed to the Industrial Development Fund.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 11th day of June, 1996.
