Mitch Dickerson: provided photos of the courts, of their tournament...a great turn out. Summarized the
new project. Wants to construct a pickleball patio. On the east side of the courts. Patio with sunshades.
The gate is 10 ft. Now—proposes it be lowered to 4 ft. A double gate would be installed on the east
side. Area ready for future expansion. Four-foot fences are becoming more popular. HM asked about
the fence being replaced...does the cost both replacing and the new 4 ft. Fence. Mitch reviewed the
costs and the justification for each aspect. Mitch will reach out to find the funding for the entire
amount. HM asked about solar power. Mitch feels that would be more expensive. Lights would be for
the PB courts only.

Bryce Jones of Spear Corporation: Filter system discussion. Installed in 2005. Needs extensive work.
Can we make the current system work; Fiberglass system is made to last 25-30 years. A custom set up
