RESOLUTION NO. 1996-13
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
AND CREATING APPROPRIATION 114 IN
THE 1996 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriations in the following departments in the 1996 budget for the City of Greencastle and
allows for the creation of appropriation 114 - Summer Intern Salary.
DEPARTMENT- ENGINEERING
S2,800.00 From 112 Building Inspector Salary to 114 Summer Intern Salary
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle hereby finds:
• 1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in
the year 1996.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than that amount set
out in the budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by riling a
copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle. Indiana
this llth day of June, 1996.
