A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING STA l'b DISASTER FUNDS
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the
reimbursement of State Disaster Funds to be appropriated to the appropriate departments to
reimburse those funds for overtime and equipment use incurred by disaster related expenses.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana hereby appropriates the
disaster related expense reimbursement as follows:
MVII DEPARTMENT •
MVH Overtime- 201001116 - $4,386.32
MVH Equipment Repair- 201001362 -$3,518.47
Total $7904.79
CEMETERY DEPARTMENT
Cemetery Overtime - 205001116 - $1,021.64
Total $1,021.64
WATER DEPARTMENT
Water Overtime- 601001122 - $ 971.57
Total $ 971.57
Total Disaster Relief Funds $9898.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 1 lth day of June, 1996.
