A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING "ACORN LIGHTING"
IN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS AREAS
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Common Council has heretofore by Ordinance 1993-24
authorized "Acorn Lighting" in the area of the Court House Square; and
WHEREAS, Main Street Greencastle will again sponsor the conversion of additional
lights without additional cost to the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMON COUNCIL approve
the upgrade of eight (8) additional fixtures in the downtown business area by Main Street
Greencastle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City enter into a new 10 year lease for fixtures
of the "Acorn Lighting" style and abandon any right in replaced fixtures to Main Street
Greencastle.
0.14 PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 11th day of June, 1996
