A CESOLUTION CONCERNING BURNING IN THE VILLAGE OP MEDINA
BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Resolution No. 72-6, the
Medina Village Council determines that as of this date the entire
Village quali.fieAls under Section 545:10 (c) of the Village Code
as an area of fewer than 100 dwelling units per square mile, thus
permitting the continuance of burning of refuse from dwelling units
throughout the Village.
Passed by the Council this 2nd day of January, 1974.
