RESOLUTION 1996-24
A RESOLUTION CREATING APPROPRIATION 101004319 CONTRACT
SERVICES APPROPRIATION WITHIN THE ENGINEERING BUDGET AND
TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO SAID APPROPRIATION
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriations between classifications and the creation of appropriation 101004319, Contract
Services, of the following departments in the 1996 budget for the City of Greencastle.
Department-Engineering
$10,000.00 From 101004113 City Planner Salary to 101004319 Contract Services
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby finds:
1. The transfer is needed to provide appropriation for necessary expenditures in the
year 1996.
2. The transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than that amount set
out in the budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
on this 8th day of October, 1996.
