A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on December 6, 1996 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the special session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on December 6, 1996 at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
2379 Cumulative Capital Improvement
401002365 First Street Signal Engineering $10.000.00
Total - CCI Fund $10,000.00
0101 General Fund
101003315 Pending Litigation $ 1,270.00

Total - General Fund $ 1,270.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
special meeting this 17th day of December, 1996.
