A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
FOR COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle will have available to it funds collected from
the County Economic Development Income Tax; and
WHEREAS, I.C. 6-3.5-7-15 requires the adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
establish an Economic Development Income Tax Capital Improvement Plan as follows:
1. Project:
(i) GESSSP
(ii) Avenue D Sidewalk
(iii) Wood Street Sidewalk
(iv) Columbia Street Storm Sewer
(v) Shadowlawn Sidewalk
(vi) Albin Pond Walkway
A. Description:
n (i) Greater East Side Drainage Completion $117.000
(ii) Sidewalk 5th to 10th $ 70,000
(iii) Sidewalk Seminary to Washington $ 55.000
(iv) Downtown Parking Expansion $109.000
(v) Sidewalk. Redbud Lane to Deerfield Subdiv. $ 11,000
(vi) Houck Road to Castleton Drive $ 66,000
B. Estimated Cost - Total Project Estimate $353,000
C. Sources of Funds:
County Economic Development Income Tax Fund est $175,800
D. Project Time Schedule
(i) Greater East Side Storm Drainage

b. Development completed Spring 1996

(ii) Avenue D Sidewalk Extension

2. The above projects require more than 75% of the funds to be distributed over the
two-year period beginning with the Spring distribution of 1997.
3. This resolution shall be effective from the date of adoption until January 1, 2000.
