RESOLUTION NO. 2020-043
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL NO PARKING ON CROELL AVENUE
FROM HIGHWAY 6 TO GOLDFINCH AVENUE
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa is responsible to determine where
certain traffic control devices such as no parking zones are to be placed as defined in
Chapter 61 of the Tiffin Municipal Code; and,
Whereas, the Council has determined that additional no parking on both sides of Croell
Avenue from Highway 6 to Goldfinch Avenue is necessary; and,
Whereas, with the passage of this resolution the Tiffin City Council does hereby
signs on both sides of
Croell Avenue from Highway 6 to Goldfinch Avenue,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that parking
shall not be allowed on Croell Avenue from Highway 6 to Goldfinch Avenue and no
parking signs shall be placed on Croell Avenue from Highway 6 to Goldfinch Avenue.

On the 2 day of June, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-043, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING ADDITIONAL NO PARKING ON CROELL AVENUE FROM HIGHWAY 6
TO GOLDFINCH AVENUE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson _____.

Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor
Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-043, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
ADDITIONAL NO PRARKING ON CROELL AVENUE FROM HIGHWAY 6 TO
GOLDFINCH AVENUE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
