A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT
OF COLLEGE STREET STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle entered into a project designated as College
Street Lift Station improvement during the years 1988 and 1989; and
WHEREAS, funds were allocated from various sources including investment
income from the Industrial Development Fund; and
WHEREAS, additional costs were incurred in the construction of the College
Street Lift Station; and
WHEREAS, a final resolution of the amounts due has now been determined to
be $13,025.27 and it is appropriate that said funds be disbursed from industrial
development investment income.
WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development
passed a resolution approving this expenditure.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council approve the
expenditure of Industrial Development Funds in the amount of $13,025.27.
