A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT
FOR DBX IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, upon the sale of Greencastle industrial development property
(DBX), funds from such sale were disbursed to the Greencastle Industrial Development
Fund; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said sale the Citizens Advisory Committee for Industrial
Development (CACFID) was obligated to install and make available sanitary sewer to
the DBX industrial site; and
WHEREAS, engineering has been completed and bids received for completion
of such work in the amount of $38,078.00 by Robinson Construction; and
WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Committee for Industrial Development at its
meeting on March 5, 1997 passed Resolution No. 1997-1 authorizing this
disbursement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council approve the
expenditure of Industrial Development Funds as approved by CACFID Resolution No.
1997-1.
