IiEREAS City Ordinance No. 128 authorizes the O t7 counc_1 to adjust
by resolution the schedule of seiner rates and charges; and. '
';iH'LREAS a study has been made of the cost of providing; sewer services,
including a report from the city engineer; and
WHEREAS rates now are required by federal regulation to be uniform;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thatxtiem by the Medina City Council
that the following schedule of rates and charges for use and servicesof
the sanitary sewer system is her established:

Section 1. Minimum charges: —'The minimum quarterly charge, per unit,
whether the use of water is metered or not, shall be
Section 2. Flat charges. Where the rate .is not based. upon the metered
use of water, the flat charge per quarter shall be the average of all
charges for a like category of property (res dent=_al, commercial, etc)
