ACCEPTING REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR V 4RIOUS PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR THE 2007 CALENDt-R YEAR
WHEREAS, in December 2006, the Borough issued a Request for Proposals ("RFP"),
soÌiciting responses for the provision of various profesS¡¡onal services for the 2007
Calendar Year; and
WHEREAS, the RFP's were solicited pursuant to a fair anfl open process in accordance
with the provisions ofNJ.S.A. 19:44A-20.S; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk's Office has on file the suþmitted responses to the RFP;
and
WHEREAS, the Borough has reviewed the responses ~ubmitted and is desirous of
accepting and/or approving the responses to the RFP from the attached list of
professional service entities for the respective professional $ervices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayoo- and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That these professional service entities 01] the attached list are hereby
approved to provide the respective professional services.
2, That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract
pursuant to NJ,S,A. 40A:II-S(I)(a),
3, That this award is pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with
the provisions ofNJ,S.A, 19:44A-20,S,
