"HEREAS Arthur Peabody has applied for L variance to avo. d platting

N0y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEL that the Medina City Council does
hereby grant Arthur Peabody variances from :section 23 of the Building
Code (ass amended by Ordinance No. 117); Sect_on 3, Paragraph 6 of the
Platting; Code (as amended by Ordin nee No. 11B); Section 7, Subdivis-
ion 3, Paragr ;phs 6 and 17 of the ilatt np Code; and :section 5, Para-
graph c of the Zoning, :ode to the extent that he may two par -
'eels of 5 acres or more without platting* and without their having
frontage on a public street or being served by a cul-de-sac of 500
feet or less, subject to the following conditions:

1. The driveway shall be upgraded to city cul-de-sac standards, excert
as to length, and shall be dedicated to the city at the time it serves
more than two residences, except that the city will wive standards as
to Glass 5 gravel ;' blacktop xxtitaxikatambommlk until w ecember 31, 1982,
or until it serves residences located on less than 5 acres, whichever
occurs first. The agreement to naive Class 5 anA gravel and blacktop
may be renewed by the city in 1982 if the lend served carries covenants
prohibiting xn disks farther subdivision.
