A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF Qcr'At ED
EAGLE VALLEY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a subdivision of property known as Eagle Valley Subdivision has
been platted in Section 16, Township 14N, Range 4E, Greencastle Township, City of
Greencastle, Indiana.
WHEREAS, the subdivision plat was approved by the Greencastle Plan
Commission on September 2, 1981.
WHEREAS, the public improvements have been inspected and certified by the
design engineer in accordance with Chapter 825-305 of the City of Greencastle
Subdivision Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the public improvements and
certified their completion and acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above platted subdivision
known as Eagle Valley Subdivision be accepted by the City of Greencastle and all
platted public right-of-way shall be dedicated to the City of Greencastle.
