RESOLUTION NO. 1997-32
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
AND CREATING APPROPRIATION 201001313 IN
THE 1997 MOTOR VEHICLE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriations in the following departments in the 1997 budget for the City of Greencastle and
allows for the creation of appropriation 313 - Green Thumb Contribution.
DEPARTMENT-MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY(MVH)
$200.00 From 115 Part-time Salary to 313- Green Thumb Contribution
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle hereby finds:
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in
the year 1997.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than that amount set
out in the budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 12th of August, 1997.
