A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CREATION OF APPROPRIATION NUMBER
101004332, LEGAL PUBLICATION AND 101004319 CONTRACTUAL SERVICES IN
THE CITY ENGINEER BUDGET AND TRANSFER TO SAID APPROPRIATIONS
FROM APPROPRIATION 101004111, CITY ENGINEER SALARY IN THE 1997
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the Clerk-
Treasurer to create Appropriation number 101004332, Legal Publications, for the purpose of
paying legal publication fees for Advertisements to fill the position of the City Engineer and
create appropriation number 101004319, Contracutal Services, for the purpose of paying an
interim Engineer. The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, authorizes the
Clerk-Treasurer to reduce the City Engineer salary appropriation 101004111, by the amount of
$5,100.00, and to transfer$1,100.00 to appropriation 101004332 to pay for legal publications
and transfer$4,000.00 to appropriation 101004319 to pay for interim engineering services for
the City of Greencastle.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
this 9th day of September, 1997.
