RESOLUTION NO. 1997-35
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on September 26, 1997 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the regular session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on October 14, 1997 at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:

426001444 -Hummer Purchase $52,120.00
TOTAL: CFS $52,120.00

401001435 - ISTEA Change Order $ 800.00
TOTAL: CCI $ 800.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 14th day of October, 1997.
