A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING REIMBURSEMENT TO
APPROPRIATION 101006134 -HEALTH INSURANCE;
402001365 -FIRST STREET PAVING AND 402001363 - STREETS & RIGHTS OF WAY
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the
reimbursement of Health Insurance, First Street Paving and Streets and Rights of Way.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana hereby appropriates the
reimbursement as follows:
101006134 - Health Insurance in the amount of$153.80 per month as COBRA payment in order
for this payment to be made directly to Employer's Health Insurance;
402001365 - First Street Paving in the amount of$1827.84 reflecting the Auto Zone portion of
First Street paving; and
402001363 - Street and Rights of Way in the amount of$2757.53 reflecting DePauw University's
portion of Simpson Street Repaving.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting October 14, 1997.
