A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING REIMBURSEMENT TO
APPROPRIATION 401001363 -RESURFACE STREETS
(LIBERTY STREET PROJECT) AND
REIMBURSEMENT TO APPROPRIATION 204001292 - CONCESSION
SUPPLIES IN THE PARK AND RECREATION BUDGET
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the
reimbursement of Resurface Streets (Liberty Street Project) and concession supplies.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana hereby appropriates the
reimbursement as follows:
401001363 - Resurface Streets (Liberty Street Project) in the amount of$2514.00 reflecting
reimbursement from 3-D Tire Service in the amount of$961.50 and M&R Auto Parts in the
amount of$1552.50, AND
204001292 - Concession Supplies in the amount of$293.00 for reimbursement from SYSCO
foods.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
special meeting December 2, 1997.
