A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on November 21, 1997 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the special session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on December 2, 1997 at 6:30 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
GENERAL - ENGINEERING
101004319 - Contractual Services $10,000.00
TOTAL: Engineering $10,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 2nd day of December, 1997.
