410 RESOLUTION NO. 1997-41 �.` �
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO SEWAGE IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle through its Citizens Advisory Commission
for Industrial Development has received grant monies in the sum of $15,000.00 from
the Putnam County Foundation; and
WHEREAS, these grant monies are to be used to fund the sewage study
currently being conducted by Hannun, Wagle and Cline;
WHEREAS, these grant monies need to be transferred to the City of
Greencastle sewage improvement fund; and
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial
Development on November 26, 1997 approved the disbursement of grant monies to the
Sewage Improvement Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Greencastle Common Council
authorize the disbursement of $15,000.00, in $5,000.00 installments, to the Sewage
Improvement Fund from the Industrial Development Fund as these monies are received.
