RESOLUTION NO. 03 -4186
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING A RETURN CHECK FEE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE,
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City has established certain fees and charges for
services provided by the City of Temple City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary to recover the costs associated with
the processing and collection of returned checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The fee for the processing and collection of returned checks is hereby established at
$10.00 per returned check.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
