A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL TRANSFER OF
APPROPRIATION BETWEEN CLASSIFICATIONS OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 1998 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, pursuant to I.C. 6-
1.1-18-6, hereby authorizes transfers of appropriations between classifications of the following
departments in the 1998 budget for the City of Greencastle:
DEPARTMENT - ENGINEER
$17098.00 From 101004111 Engineer Salary to 101004319 Contractual Services
500.00 From 101004211 Office Supplies to 101004319 Contractual Services
500.00 From 101004223 Drafting Supplies to 101004319 Contractual Services
2900.00 From 101004323 Mileage to 101004319 Contractual Services
250.00 From 101004331 Blue Printing to 101004319 Contractual Services
400.00 From 101004372 Survey Equipment to 101004319 Contractual Services
500.00 From 101004398 Eng License & Dues to 101004319 Contractual Services
1000.00 From 101004399 Training to 101004319 Contractual Services
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby finds:
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in
the year 1998.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than that amount set
out in the budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
this 9th day of December, 1997.
