A RESOLUTION DECREASING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE 1997 CITY OF GREENCASTLE BUDGET
WHEREAS, all necessary expenditures for the Parks and Recreation Department will be
paid in the year 1997, and
WHEREAS, in order to fund the 1998 appropriations in the Parks and Recreation Budget
a reduction of Five Thousand Five Hundred and Three Dollars ($5,503.00) is needed.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Greencastle hereby reduces
the 1997 appropriations in the Parks and Recreation Fund by an amount of Five Thousand Five
Hundred and Three Dollars ($5,503.00) as follows:
$5,000.00 204001134 - Health Insurance
503.00 204001221 - Gas
The City Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these reductions of appropriation in the Parks and
Recreation Department of the 1997 Budget of the City of Greencastle to the State Board of Tax
Commissioners by filing a copy of this Resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at their
regular meeting this 9th day of December, 1997.
