A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
over what was appropriated in the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on February 6, 1998 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on February 17, 1998 at 4:30 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
0101 General Fund
101006443 Telephone System $10,000.00
Total General Fund $10,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 17th day of February, 1998.
