RESOLUTION NO.744 /
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Patrick J. Doherty and Gary J.. Kwas have requested improve-
ments to the surface drainage in the Medina Morningside area near Lots 20 and 21,
Block 2, _Medina Morningside, Hennepin County and
WHEREAS, the installation of sanitary sewer may alleviate the problem
described but the installation of said sanitary sewer must be delayed until the
Metropolitan Sewer Board installs an interceptor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina that the City enter into the contract attached hereto with Mr. Kwas and
Mr. Doherty to effect a temporary solution to the drainage problem.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
