RETIRING A.B.C. LICENSE #1201-33-015-004 HELD BY THE
CARTERET DINER, INC.
WHEREAS, A.B.C. License #1201-33-015-004 held by the Carteret Diner, Inc.
has failed to timely file to renew their license for the 2003-2004 license tenn and
thereafter; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the request of the State of New Jersey Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, on February 17,2004, the Municipal Clerk coníinned
that said renewal of license # 120 1-33-0 15-004 was not timely filed with the
Issuing Authority; and
WHEREAS, said license has lapsed and ceases to exist;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby retires Plenary Retail
Consumption License # 120 1-33-015-004 effective immediately.
Adopted this II th day of January, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 12th, 2007.
