RETIRING A.B.C. LICENSE #1201-31-062-001 HELD BY HIRAM
CRAFTMAN CLUB
WHEREAS, A.B.C. License #1201-31-062-001 held by the Hiram Craftman Club
has failed to timely renew their license for the 2004-2005 license term and
thereafter; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a letter dated December 16,2004 the State of New Jersey
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control notified said licensee that their license had
lapsed and ceases to exist; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCartcrct hereby retires Club License #1201-
31-062-001 effective immediately.

and certified as a true copy of the
