APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL AUDITOR FOR TH YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Registered Municipal Ac ountant of the State of
New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Local Public Contracts Law (NJ.S.A. 40A:11 let seq.) requires that
the resolution authorizing the award of contracts for "Profcssi nal Services" without
competitive bids must be publicly advertised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and

5, In addition to aforesaid fee, Andy Hodulik, Hodulik & M n'ison shall be paid an
amount not to exceed $10,000,00, at an hourly rate accordi g to rate schedule for
accounting/auditing services.
6, A notice of this action shall be published in The Home News Tribune as required by
law on January 16,2007.
