RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND AS
NON -CONSERVATION LAND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of MEDINA, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota in 1969, a list
of lands in said City, which became the property of the State of Minnesota for non-
payment of taxes, and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described in said list had heretofore been
classified by the board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as
non -conservation land, and the sale thereof had heretofore been authorized by said
Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes for 1949, Section 282.01, Subd., that the said classification
pertaining to Lots 3 and 4, Block 29, Independence Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of
aforesaid lots be sad sale is hereby approved.
